A group of researchers made a study on working people and found out that those who work for longer hours have lesser lifespan than people whose working hours are less.
The report says that the extra hours put extra stress on one’s body, which eventually makes him/her unhealthy.
The report also says that people who work long hours have a greater chance of strokes or heart failures.
Mental problems and brain damages are also seen in several cases.
And the most common problem, which has been found in almost every case, is overweight and obesity.
The researchers concluded that working people mostly eat junk foods and don’t exercise regularly, which becomes the main reason of their health condition.
