Researchers have said again that not sleeping enough in night may cause heart disease including obesity and diabetes.
A professor, Adrian Williams, at Guy’s and St Thomas’ Trust, says that not sleeping enough may cause several severe problems in life including heart threat. And main reason of these insomnia type situations, especially on the middle ages, are mobiles, laptops and other gadgets which we use in our daily routine.
In some case, it’s also been seen that not having enough sleep causing them to lose their immunity power.
He tells that a normal student or a working man must take a sleep of at least 6 hours but eight hours would be the best.
